Service Description

For people who want additional private tutoring after having completed an initial class, we offer in-person, Zoom or telephone help at a mutually agreeable time. Classes are $200.00 per hour with a one hour minimum required. Additional hrs. will be billed as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy states that in order to receive a full refund (minus credit card processing fees), a student must provide written notice of cancellation 14 days prior to the first day of class. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the class start date are not eligible for a refund but can be transferred to a future class date subject to availability. If a student fails to show up for the scheduled class without providing prior written notice of cancellation, they will not be eligible for a refund or transfer to a future class. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will work with students on a case-by-case basis to address any unique situations that may require special consideration. Our ultimate goal is to provide the highest quality training and education to our students while also ensuring that our instructors and resources are utilized in the most effective way possible.
